1) What are my shipping options?
Our default method of shipping is USPS First Class Mail, which should take 2-5 days to arrive. For packages heavier than 13 ounces that include hats or T-shirts in the order, we'll ship by USPS Priority Mail, which usually takes 2 days, but could take up to 5 days to arrive. For packages containing CDs or books only, we may use US Media Mail, if it is not an urgent delivery. If you need a package quickly, call or email us to make special arrangements.
2) Do I have to order through the website?
No. Websites and online systems can sometimes be crotchety. If you're having trouble ordering online, or prefer not to do so, email or telephone us to place your order and give us the address to which it should be sent. We'll add up the amount, including tax (Maine or Massachusetts) and shipping, and tell you the full amount. You may then pay in one of three ways:
a) Call us with your credit card info and we'll process it through Paypal and send you a receipt.
b) Sign in to your PayPal account and pay us at .
c) Make out a check to The Bert and I Company of Maine and send it to our Massachusetts distribution office:

We'll send out your order as soon as we have confirmation of payment from the CC or PayPal, or have received your check.
3) What is your returns policy?
If a CD, T-shirt or hat is defective, we will pay the cost of return shipping and send you a new one at no extra charge. You may return unopened CDs or unworn T-shirts and hats for a full refund within 30 days, with shipping costs at your expense. Please send return-items to the address above.
4) Do you take international orders?
Yes, we do! And it's easy to purchase from us using our online Paypal checkout system. If you are from Canada, make the purchase through our website via Paypal. The system will automatically convert your currency to US dollars as it comes into our account. If you are from different country, or if you should have any problems using our online checkout system for international purchases, please write to us at , and we'll arrange the sale, including shipping costs, via email. Then, sign in to your personal Paypal account and pay us using the email for the transaction. As soon as we have confirmation of the sale from Paypal, we'll ship your package.
